Our dedicated and friendly team of Learning Support Workers make up an integral part of Employ My Ability’s operations, and that team is continuing grow! Our picturesque site in Moreton at The Walled Garden offers a unique environment not just for our students, but for our staff too.
We are recruiting for a Male* Learning Support Worker to join our existing staff team to work with a young man who has complex needs and who works best with male staff. For those who don’t know about EMA, our unique campus is set in the heart of the Dorset countryside in Moreton near Dorchester, functioning as both a college and as a popular Dorset visitor attraction – The Walled Garden.
Our education team and help support our young people with SEND as they strive to achieve their goals and complete their journey to adulthood and path to employment, studying and gaining work experience across our site.
We’re looking for conscientious and professional individuals to help develop the confidence of our students and support them in their studies and work experience placements. The wellbeing of our students is our top priority, and the positive experience at EMA is only possible through forward thinking, pro-active, and friendly staff.
