Learning Support Workers – Permanent and Bank Contracts available.
Due to growth, we are recruiting for new Learning Support Workers to join our existing staff team. For those who don’t know about EMA, our unique and picturesque campus is set in the heart of the Dorset countryside in Moreton near Dorchester, functioning as both a college and as a popular Dorset visitor attraction – The Walled Garden. These roles are 5 days a week, Term Time Only.

Our dedicated and friendly team of Learning Support Workers make up an integral part of Employ My Ability’s operations, and that team is continuing grow. Our staff help support our young people with SEND as they strive to achieve their goals and complete their journey to adulthood and path to employment, studying and gaining work experience across our site.
We’re looking for conscientious and professional individuals to help develop the confidence of our students and support them in their studies and work experience placements. The wellbeing of our students is our top priority, and the positive experience at EMA is only possible through forward thinking, pro-active, and friendly staff.
