New Employment Partner – Haven Holidays

EMA is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Haven Holidays, as part of our ongoing commitment to support young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) as they develop skills for their future.

Haven is one of the UK’s leading family holiday companies, operating multiple award-winning holiday parks across England, Scotland, and Wales. These parks are situated along some of Britain’s most beautiful beaches and vibrant resorts, offering a full programme of activities and entertainment, making them an excellent base for exploring the local area, including Dorset and the surrounding counties, and they employ staff across a huge range of roles within the hospitality sector.

Through this partnership, EMA and Haven will be working together to provide young people opportunities in work experience where they can build on their existing strengths, develop new skills, and explore potential career paths – all while being supported to prepare for life beyond education.

“We’re excited to be joining forces with EMA in a partnership that reflects our shared belief in the potential of every young person. This is a powerful opportunity to support young people as they gain real experience, develop essential skills, and discover where their ambitions can take them. The hospitality sector is full of energy, diversity, and possibility and we’re proud to help build a more inclusive workforce where every individual has the chance to succeed, thrive, and contribute meaningfully.” — Dean Giles, Head of Talent, Haven

“We’re so excited to be collaborating with Haven. Partnering with another recognisable and well established employer that plays such a prominent role in our local community is incredibly valuable to our students and we’re looking forward to working closely with Haven and their staff to continue creating more opportunities for young people.” — James Dunham, Head of Education, EMA
