With a new academic year kicking off in September, and due to growth in our education department, we are looking for new Learning Support Workers to join our existing staff team at our Moreton campus, situated at The Walled Garden just outside of Dorchester.
We’re offering full-time, part-time, and bank positions, suited to the successful applicants.
At EMA, our team of dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Workers plays a vital role in the daily life of our organisation. As our provision continues to grow, we are looking to welcome new team members who are committed to supporting young people with SEND as they progress towards adulthood and meaningful employment. Our students study and gain practical work experience across our vibrant and supportive site.
We are looking to fill these roles as soon as possible. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
We are seeking conscientious and professional individuals who are passionate about helping young people build their confidence and reach their potential. Supporting our students in both educational and workplace settings, you will be instrumental in ensuring their wellbeing and success.
