Supported Internships
EMA now offers Supported Internships – a practical way to develop your skills at our college and with our external employment partners, tailored for those who need extra support to start a job.
We’re collaborating with established employers who will be providing a workplace opportunity for young people to utilise existing skills and develop new ones as they explore their career path and equip themselves for work once they graduate.
These Supported Internships come with a dedicated job coach to help the young person with training, and get them ready for work, and aim to find the right work for you, and your career aspirations.
