Students from both campuses recently attended a week-long course at WhitePepper Chef Academy & Cookery School as part of their hospitality training where they gained some new training from the expert team.
Head of Education James Dunham said of the experience “This was a hugely rewarding collaboration for everyone involved. The students had the opportunity to show off what they’ve learnt on site at EMA, and in their work experience, and apply themselves in a totally new environment with new people guiding them. Claire at White Pepper was fantastic in her approach. Her enthusiasm, patience, and expertise was a privilege to see, and I’m proud of how the students responded to her instruction. The food was delicious too! I’d like to extend my thanks to the entire team at WhitePepper for helping make this happen, and again, well done to the students for embracing the opportunity in the positive manner they did. We loved it!”.
