We are currently looking for new Work Placement opportunities for our Students with an SEN (Special Educational Need) across Dorset.
At Employ My Ability we offer strong vocational qualifications alongside real, hands-on work experience which enables our students to leave us with a clear pathway into employment within the local community. Work placements within the local community are the perfect step in preparation for employment.
Placements would be a fully supported and structured, one day or half a day per week over six weeks, with a member of EMA staff able to fully support where necessary.
Our students work incredibly hard, make great team members and are very committed. They enjoy practical jobs and enjoy a real sense of achievement.
