Learning Support Worker & Bank Learning Support Workers
We are recruiting a Learning Support Worker to join our existing staff team at our Moreton site. For those who don’t know about EMA, our unique campus is set in the heart of the Dorset countryside in Moreton near Dorchester, functioning as both a college and as a popular Dorset visitor attraction – The Walled Garden. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our education team and help support our young people with SEND as they strive to achieve their goals and complete their journey to adulthood and path to employment, studying and gaining work experience across our site.

Learning Support Workers
£21,792.00 per annum – (£24,960.00 FTE)
Mon – Fri, 40 hours/week.
Term Time Only – 39 working weeks
Annual Paid Leave – 6.4 weeks inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time staff)
Bank Learning Support Workers
£12.00/hour
No set hours – zero hours contract
Term Time Only, no evenings or weekends
Annual Paid Leave – 6.4 weeks inclusive of Bank Holidays (pro rata for part-time staff)
