This week, EMA students have been doing mock job interviews. These provide an opportunity to practice interview skills and gain valuable experience in a formal setting. By simulating a real interview scenario, they can become more comfortable with the process, gain familiarity with common questions, self-assess and improve their responses, and refine their overall performance for the future and when they go off for a real job interview!
David (EMA’s Group Compliance & Risk Manager) conducted the interviews and said “The students did great! They came well prepared, and showed a good level confidence in their answers.”
